I'm having AI anxiety. What is your thoughts on upcoming AI?

    - AI -
I'm not sure about AI Anxiety. I for one am thankful to our future robot overlords for helping us entrepreneurs. All joking aside, AI actually is extremely helpful for web dev if you are just starting out (like me). I would say that the barrier of entry is slightly lower because of it, but you...

“The publisher said of somebody, 'That man will get on; he believes in himself.' I said to him, 'Shall I tell you where the men are who believe most in themselves? For I can tell you. I know of men who believe in themselves more colossally than Napoleon or Caesar. I know where flames the fixed...

One reason I am doing this business is because I actually feel like I'm leveraging a part of my degree. I've stated before that I work as a structural engineer, but I'm technically a civil engineer. The problems needing to be faced in this business require a lot of web dev and coding, but also...

What improved your life so much that you wish you did it sooner?

    GOLD! HOT!
Reading more. I was just talking to my wife the other day about how I hated reading when I was younger, but then after my Junior year of HS I started to like reading. I only read a few books a year, but now I'm reading way more. I can now read relatively fast with solid comprehension. I'm...

    I've Read The Millionaire Fastlane!

    GOLD! HOT!
I'd start with Unscripted: Life or Liberty and the Pursuit of Entrepreneurship first as that book came out after TMF. Then read TGRRE.

    Books about Overcoming Addictions

    ASK THE AI
That's not surprising, but still...wow. Once you isolate yourself for any reason, you get very tempted to fall. That's what happened to me a lot during COVID. It totally sucked. Have you heard of Fight the New Drug?

Which book for clarification? I'm pretty sure both books talk about this topic.

Another good book that is specifically on beating addiction to pornography is The Easy Peasy Method. The best thing about it is that it's completely free to read. Edit P.S.: Also a good book about the harm of porn is The Porn Myth by Matt Fradd.

Perhaps you are right! Maybe we could do a beta version of the website. My friend is already reaching out to operators in the area, so maybe they would be interested in being early-testers. What makes you say that? I had a slight thought that maybe it is, but he has the interest of operators in...

Update post: Here's what we discussed on Friday Our biggest competition is "Wheels Up", which is only a mobile app that has a $3000/year membership (and there are a lot of other things). We want to make something that is accessible on a computer and a phone and doesn't have as steep of a price...

You may very well be right, and I think it might be both. Either way, someone is scheduling flights whether it's the person making $5M/year or their assistant. Interesting tidbit from my friend that he shared with us after our meeting on Friday: "ACS is #1 in the Charter booking market, and...

I have a coworker that constantly talks about taking her anxiety medication and how much anxiety she goes through (especially in her family life which she talks about often). Then the other day I was venting to her kinda out of nowhere about how weak and immature our generation is. I didn't...

LOL I love hearing that: "It won't work!" The hell do you know? Have you been doing what I've been doing and seen the effort and value I've put into the thing I'm building? Even if it doesn't work out, at least I had the guts to try while you sat on your a$$. I heard this quote from a French...

    Is Fastlane even 'Fastlane' anymore?

    HOT! MINDSET CHAT
Saying that the Fastlane doesn't work anymore is basically saying "Since MJ published TMF ~10 years ago, we have solved all of our problems!!!" If that's the case, then thanks @MJ DeMarco ! According to BigMoneyMoves you've apparently saved the world! TMF Principles (CENTS (or NECST depending...
