Mortgage debt is one of the worst debts to have since you have to pay interest for 30 years in most cases and until you pay off the last dollar of the mortgage, the house actually belongs to the bank. EXECUTIONThanks for the answers! I understand what you're saying but I assumed MJ has plenty of extra money considering he purchased sports cars throughout the years. If you can affod expensive cars (worst possible investment in most cases) then you can afford paying off your house. Why not just pay it...- Emanuel
