I think you finally got the point. Whether the word means one thing or not doesnt matter. It doesnt matter what you think the word means, its what the customers think. Clearly a percentage of your customers will have a problem with the term "all-american" (btw its the "all" thats the problem...

Logically that makes even less sense to me. I assume you have experience with this sort of thing? I understand you can target by demographic but the costs associated with making a quality commercial to air targeting _____ county viewers over the age of 28 seems a bit unwarranted. You may not...

Wow MAJOR PROBLEM! My sales are slowly ramping up and I cant stop logging into Amazon to check how many I have sold. This is a great problem to have but I do feel like I have been less productive. It is a weird feeling, I remember reading something similar on here and at the time I remember...

I think you are wrong in regards to adwords, even if it is low search volume the search will be so targeted he will likely get the cpc very cheap especially considering what each customer is worth to him. You honesty believe theres a higher chance for someone from his county seeing his youtube...

Free Shipping High Price, No Free Shipping Low Price for Tea?

    MARKETING
Test it and see what people respond best to.. You may find that the best (as far as conversion and margin) combination is to charge a premium high price for the tea and charge for shipping. We can all guess and a lot of us will have differing opinions, in the end it doesnt matter what we...

    Discovering A Need

Being observant is an important skill. If you do talk to someone asking the right questions is always a big help. If you arent able to talk to anyone being observant is number one. Analyse My Plan?

To get started I think this is a good idea. Go to an area that meets your criteria for people likely to use your business services. Find a house or two in that area and find a way to sign them up for your service at a discounted rate. Make them the showpiece/posterboy for your service and let...

    Analyse My Plan?

wow, sounds interesting. If you hire a temp agency you will have tons of staffing headaches. Honestly it sounds crazy not to have your own team to perform the work for this. I have no experience in the industry it just seems like a huge headache to do it this way. Is there a next step outside...

Should the Homepage explain how it works, or should it be the product?

Personally I would make a sales video to sell it, give all important information and tell them why its great and why they should sign up. THEN use price anchoring strategies to justify price and prove what a great deal it is, then ask for the sale with a reason they need to respond now...

Need advice on innovative fitness startup

Hey, First, I went to the website "LeanLegion" and first thing I noticed was a misspelling of "Accepting" its very large so it would be pretty noticeable Now, if I am your customer I think the feature I would be most likely to pay for is the dynamic workout and meal plan To me I dont need a...

It says "All-American" like they dont hire Hispanics, this is what is inferred I believe. Since the vast majority of the lawn care industry is Hispanics (at least here). I agree a picture of you and the staff is a good choice, if you only hire white people and that appeals to someone out there...

Couple minor suggestions 1. Change the nav bar color when you are on that page, for instance when on about the text color changes to black, this makes it hard to read, I would highlight that nav bar choice by changing its color to a lighter green or similar 2. Personally I dont like the "we...

Is sending out a couple of hundred mass emails a month spam?

    MARKETING
While this is technically still probably considered spam maybe you can attempt to mail merge a letter to each of them and then just copy and paste. It would be pretty simple if you are only sending a couple hundred a month, wouldnt take long and would still accomplish your goal.
