    Is my product patentable?

Vigilante is right. File a provisional. It's cheap and will protect you from the time being. There's still a chance you might be able to get a design patent instead of a utility patent. The problem with getting a utility patent is when the controller was originally designed, it was probably...

The Schticky - Talk about a video going viral

    WEB/DIGITAL
This Infomercial is HILARIOUS! It's less than 1 month old and has well over 1 million views. The product doesn't look that bad either. Just the fact that it's an ok product and the commercial had me on the floor, makes me want to buy one! http://youtu.be/VAQjF5RPgbg

Moving along very well. Thanks for asking. Chinese New Year just ended so they are starting the mold this week. I should have a sample in my hand in 3-4 weeks. Right now we're putting the website together. The speed button still works I believe but the speed doesn't show up like it use to. Now...

    Product Idea - direction sought

    IDEA
Only if you go to a manufacturer or potential investors/partners. 99% of people are too lazy to steal your idea. Out of everyone you know, how many have manufactured or licensed a product? I'm sure 100% of them have come up with what they thought was a great idea. How many of them have ever...

GREAT New Product and Sales Opportunity

    HOT!
And your obviously a competitor. I was always taught not to knock my competition. If you really need to know what that fake report is about I'll explain. It's a BS complaint from an ex partner who was caught stealing from the company. There is actually a lawsuit against him now. I'm wondering...

That's the first thought that came in to my head too. Find your product or service that fills a need then worry about a name.

    OFF-TOPIC
Lights I think you need to seek help immedietly. Your always talking about how your homeless but you always say you have a place to live such as your aunt's house, your boyfriend or your family who you claim misses you. Your saying now that you sleep 12 hours a day but your complaining how...

Some Logo advice would be great

I like #'s 16 & 87. I'm torn between the two but I love the way the creator of the first one shows it in an office and on a van. It definitely has some great potential. It's very clean and legible.

Some Logo advice would be great

What's your product? It's hard to pick something without knowing what it's for.

Where do you find Manufacturers and Wholesalers?

Also look into China for manufacturing. I got my product for a fraction of the price that I would have paid in the US.

Where do you find Manufacturers and Wholesalers?

I agree. Great advice z5. $1000 minimum will be extremely tough even if your product costs 20 cents a piece. Most manufacturers require much higher minimums. If you do your research you will find its not a difficult process to get the product made. All it takes is a lot of patience since its a...

Any Content writers on the forum???

What's up fastlaner's. I'm looking for someone to write some content for my web page. It would be just one page worth. Not much. I basically would like someone to rewrite it so that it sounds more professional. I figured I'd ask around here first before I tried Craigslist or Elance. Thanks!

    Shark tank is back!

The first guy that went last night with the water bottles had one of those ideas where you say "Damn! Why didn't i think of that!". Playing sports my whole life, one thing that always frustrated me was trying to clean out my water bottle, especially if I had a protein drink in it. What a Great...
