    Middle man the Freelancers?

    WEB/DIGITAL
The basic model is sound. Alt this point all of my "employees" are actually freelancers. Your problem is your "skim some off the top" mindset. Where are you providing value? Answer that question and you will have a chance at making it work.

    So ... who's in B2B?

    HOT!
In my case experience in the industry. Creates a nice barrier to entry as well. You've got two ways you can go. If you're bringing a new product or service to the market of course you need to validate it. There's no reason to reinvent the wheel though, especially in B2B. Find someplace people...

I'm B2B. Fewer customers. Repeat customers. MUCH higher lifetime customer value.

How to land 8 clients a week ($4,000) right now to fund your business

    HOT!
Take this same exact framework and apply it to a million industries other than web design. I love B2B sales. Especially if you pick an industry with repeat clients.

So you want to move to Scottsdale?

    MEETUPS
Arizona is a fantastic place . . . except for May, June, July, August, September, and October. You know the feeling when you open a hot oven and the heat wave hits you and you can't breathe? Yep, a dry heat. I was born and raised there and you'll never catch me in AZ in the summer again.

Post Your Desk or Work Area! (The Workspace Thread)

    MINDSET FEATURED!
I actually am sitting inside, but the whole wall of the cafe opens up so its sort of inside/outside. No sun glare, cool sea breeze, quiet music. It's a hell of a lot nicer than sitting in a Starbucks somewhere. Even when I've rented an actual office I end up working from a cafe a lot of the...

Where in Europe is best value for an extended vacation?

    OFF-TOPIC
You mentioned you speak some Russian and want someplace with girls and nightlife. I know Montenegro gets tons of Russian tourists in the summer so your language skills would be an asset there. As far as nightlife, no place tops the Balkans. I can't tell you how many nights I haven't made it...

Where in Europe is best value for an extended vacation?

    OFF-TOPIC
Are you looking for a place for all of July through Sept or just one month during that time period? July and August are quite a bit more expensive by the sea obviously but don't let that discourage you. I'll be in Greece all summer and then probably somewhere in the balkans until mid October...

    HOT! MINDSET
I'm spending all summer in Greece. Did the same last year too. It really doesn't cost anymore than staying in the US.

    Location Independent Business Models

I've been location independent and more or less permanently traveling for the past 5 years so I'll give you a bit of my perspective. Your focus on a location independent business model is completely wrong. We live in the future. Almost any business can be run these days location...

The Mindset Shifts That Can Transform Your Life

Ask yourself on a regular basis "would my 40 year old self bitch slap me right now?" That's assuming you've got a few years to go before you hit 40 of course.
