    The Power of Expectation

    MINDSET
Well.. then again, then there's the people who really need the medication take it.. turn nice.. and think they don't need it anymore.. and stop, and back to jerk... and stayed that way! I don't think a Placebo would help that person since they didn't think it was helping. :fryingpan:

    The Power of Expectation

I have asthma and as a little girl I didn't know how to control it. My dad told me that he read it can be controlled by your mind. If I look at a picture of a high humidity location and think about being there, my chest tightens and I can start to wheeze. I have to relax and regain control...

How to get it off the ground?

Thank you! I knew someone would know. I am not a sports person but, kind of paid attention because of the business side of starting a sport. Why did it fail specifically? Does anyone know.

The Anatomy of a $20,000,000 Fastlane idea

    IDEA
There are a lot of scam infomercial companies.. do your due diligence.. read the contract. Make sure it has an ending date on it.. not open ended etc. Legit companies go through 10s of 1,000s of products to find only 1-2 a month to move forward on.

How to get it off the ground?

What was that different style of football they tried... I can't remember it was about 5 or so years ago? It was more aggressive … shoot. I can’t remember. But.. they put millions into it trying to get a team in different towns and it fell flat. It didn’t last very long. I would look at...

I can't seem to get motivated! What to do?

Re: Action Takers - What Are You Up To? Maximus, Can you find a job at a self storage facility? You could learn a lot even if it’s only a few weeks or months! Find one that’s not a national chain.. but rather a smaller mom & pop… maybe they are looking to expand and you can partner. .. or...

    Looking for website redesign

    WEB/DIGITAL
I guess.. I should correct my stance.. I don't like when I have to navigate in flash. The links on the New Mexico site aren't embedded in flash so, it functions like a normal site and wouldn't bother me at all.

Trying to sell t-shirts in a overcrowded market

    WEB/DIGITAL
My .02 cents worth.. from a consumer (I’m not a professional in apparel) When I buy a t-shirt it’s the design I’m buying and less about the shirt. I want to see the design nice and clear! Shirt.woot.com is one of my favorite shopping sites ..they give me a reason to return often and...

    Mobile homes as revenue properties...

    REAL ESTATE
I would suggest getting a CPA to do your taxes. There are so many write-offs in real estate but, you have to do it properly and they know all of them. It's possible to make a lot of money and yet have very little income in regards to taxes. Especially if you have buy and holds where you are...

    Mobile homes as revenue properties...

    REAL ESTATE
DHappy I get what you are saying. I meant 10 years on top of a 30 – 40 year old home. Certainly a 10 year mobile isn’t that bad of shape unless it was highly neglected. We have never dealt with a lot in a park. It was on an acre and the land was sold with it. It was a rural part of...

Are you owning the land? Or is it in a lot? We have only done one mobile home sitting on an acre.. or something.. It was a great deal at 155% ROI in 4 months.
