    Jeff Trotman's Knife Sharpening Business...

    IDEA
If you really think about it, it's all about execution. Many of the insiders have probably seen the idea. But, as far as we now, nobody acted on it. I personally think that is really interesting. Why did nobody execute this idea Sharks are going crazy for? 1. Is it because the (presumed) lack...

The sentence from Will Smiths' book where he says that he didn't look forward to enjoy a day off with his friends really hit me. And I think this is a very important point in the discussion of chasing big goals versus enjoying life. The problem, at least for me, is with the goals that I have I...

    Identifying A Market

What I would do is create the brand and a mock-up of the product package. Then I would create a website or landing page showing off your product. Next I would put up some FB and Instagram ads and start selling the product. If I got sales I would send the customer an email and apologize that the...

That is exactly the problem. You place to much pressure on yourself to perform, to do something new, different, produce, etc. This pressure is counter-productive. Your mind isn't free and you will not find what you're looking for until the mind is free. Hence, you create that vicious circle of...

I had a burnout that lasted for 2 years (extreme fatigue every day). I never felt worse in my life. The reason it all started: I read The Millionaire Fastlane back in 2009. From then on and until 2018 I had worked through many different business projects and just couldn't figure it out. During...

Starting a business with parts of the business you are working on - good or bad idea?

    IDEA
Indeed you can't fail because you will learn and grow. And if you're able to build the brand and pull a profit (which should be your goal), you win twice.

Starting a business with parts of the business you are working on - good or bad idea?

    IDEA
I think it's a good idea since you don't have to wait a full year before you get any results and experience. Starting a supplement brand isn't going to be easy since there are many established business in the niche. So you have to find your edge and find a way to market the supplements. I think...

Starting a business with parts of the business you are working on - good or bad idea?

    IDEA
How is the market demand for these supplements? Is there is enough demand and can you steal customers from your competitors with value skew? If so, I would certainly consider it. If you are new to entreneurship it will definitely help you learn the process, deal with problems and get to know...

@AceVentures I have been reading about NFT's and blockchain the past week and looked into some of the projects you think are promising: StarAtlas and MekaVerse. They indeed seem to be promising. I can see StarAtlas take off but I also have a lot of doubt regarding their planning. I've worked...

My wife is still on a Iphone5S (my previous iPhone) and really wants an update. She's careless with phones so doesn't want a new phone. So I'm passing my phone to her. I'm still happy with my XS but ordered a iPhone 13 Pro last week. I couldn't resist the 120hz refresh rate.

As a parent of two young boys (3 and 6) I can attest to this. What works for me lately is exercise in the morning. Before the kids and wife get out of bed, between 06:30 and 07:00am I go for a 3,5km run every other day. I never really liked running but I have been able to slowly increase the...

Fed Up With Your Country? Where Is Left to Go?

    HOT!
I lived in Barcelona for three years and what you are saying is correct. However, winters are WAY more pleasant than in Northern Europe. Usually sunny and between 10-15 degrees Celsius during the day. I never felt staying inside for a full day, while the contrary is true in my country. It's also...

Yes they are amazing. As you might know in The Netherlands many people use a bicycle for transportation. E-bikes have grown in popularity a lot the past few years. I'm now seeing 1 e-bike for every 3-4 normal bikes. I decided against getting an e-bike. Distances we travel by bike are usually...
