Feeling Stuck and Unsure of my Path

    CHAT QUESTION
I think you could possibly be looking at a subset of entrepreneurs or successful people who make it but don't set out to provide direct value to a problem like a SaaS product. Both types exist, perhaps you're looking more closely at one than the other.

For those who worked in the rat race, did you leverage your existing skills on your fastlane endeavour or completely pivot?

    MINDSET SLOWLANE FEEDBACK
It doesn't necessarily have to be within your skill set, but it could be adjacent. For instance, I'm running a website service, I have never done that before in my life. But I was an intelligence specialist and an IT architect, so a lot of this was computer based and software heavy. So it is was...

Great thread, have you had your FTE? Keep it up, it took me basically a year to get my business off the ground with all the personal stuff in my life. Add a rock to the pile everyday, then one day, it is a mountain.

Hey! Thank you! It's been wild and feels surreal. But I've decided to keep my business and idea off this platform for the most part. Before this was a paid service, there were a ton of hyenas on here looking to shred anyone to pieces. I honestly didn't know it was a paid service until a few days...

Thank you kindly! It has been a wild road, lost my job twice and had to put the business on hold a couple times and save some more money, but we finally did it. The main idea was for me to get the business up and running then focus on my 9-5 while my wife (who does not work) stays home and works...

Update, it has been awhile. But in the mean time I have been working on the launch of my business. The plan was to launch on April 1 but I lost my job at the end of Feb. I decided to hold off the launch until I had another job just incase I would need the launch money to feed me and my family...
