Am i disrespecting the Control commandment?

    INTRO
It seems like it does violate it, in the day and age where businesses kick you off their platform for any reason at all, then you are subject to their whims. Not commenting on the viability of your product or business idea, nor do I have or started my business yet (still working on coding it)...

Unity Game Engine just exercised their power of control that would destroy Indie Game Scene

I can't help but think about MJs advice about hitchhiking. Rely on a platform then you are controlled by that platform.

I have been using freecodecamp.com , starts you off from nothing. For website building you should learn HTML, CSS, and Java. That website takes you through each. And if it seems daunting, just think back to MJs advice about process. Embrace the process, short cuts dont exist. You got this! Good...

Do it yourself if you can, then you will have the skill forever and won't need to rely on freelancers, you will be a more formidable entrepreneur if you can rely less on others. You'll always be at the freelancer mercy otherwise.

My wife and I are teaching ourselves to code right now, she is a hell of a lot better at it than I am. Ive been planning the sites she needs to code. It definitely is a lot of work, but its gives us practice and gets us in the flow for the greater work ahead. Plus if a company like wordpress...

Wow that's nuts, not surprising when it is so easy to be bad, hard to be good. Capitalism needs morality. MJ, do you think it'll end with the rage of communism or could there be some sort of moral restoration. Maybe a false dichotomy.

I was I was definitely no leader at 18, that's for sure. I was ready to be a loyal soldier for my country. Military will for sure sling shot you into being able to develop more leadership qualities along with self regulation.

Perhaps after a bunch of fastlaners are successful with their businesses and are passionate about gaming, could work together to build a new engine to supplant these goliaths. I have seen gaming has been sinking for awhile, it needs fresh blood and ideas. I would love to build a badass new game...

Any advice for a kid who turned 18?

    MINDSET
I joined the military as well, I got to travel around a lot and get a lot of cool experience. Also it gets you a lot of clout in the job world, but jobs are a part of what we are trying to get away from. I don't know if I would suggest joining today, don't die for some smelly senile old man in...

I'm 34. Youve read the fastlane so that is good. Im reading through unscripted, that is a must read, so go read that. Don't worry about being cool. Find your fastlane idea and execute! I wasted my time at college, got a biz and mathematics degree. Unscripted really is a great handbook to get...

Belief in one area but not another. Please help.

    MINDSET
Its because all the ground work for getting ripped has already been done for you, you just need to execute. You can quickly look up how to get ripped and follow that agenda. With business, you pretty much have to carve your own path. You have to find your idea and how you will execute it. You...

Thanks for this, I am following in the steps of the author and teaching everything to myself to have as much control as possible. I have been learning HTML and CSS and building out my site. I am as green as they come, but all my spare time goes to learning and building the site. I would even...

    Whats up everyone!

    INTRO
Sounds like you have really thought this out. I am 34 and have ridden the slowlane my whole life. I am currently trying to make it to the fastlane. But when I went through college, I realized how much of a scam it was. You are more or less just paying to sit in a room while someone teaches you...
