Best way to learn to build and sell businesses without high cost

    EXECUTION
I've had some experience with the business broker business. Indiana doesn't currently have any licensing requirement (that I'm aware of)for the transactional sale of businesses. In order to fast track you in that business I would hit the streets & find the businesses for sale with 4 things...

    My journey using drop-shipping

    EXECUTION
You can use Fiverr.com to get a critique of your site from an SEO standpoint and also get recommendations for improvement. Only cost ya $5 and you can get several opinions without spending too much. I've used them several times and have had good results.

The Sidewalk Is Cold, It's Hard, And It Gave Me Hemroids.

I used to have a pastor that would say, "If you want to end up over there, point your feet in that direction and start walking. But if you point your feet in the opposite direction don't be surprised when you end up on the other side of where you want to be."

Making at least 3000 Dollars per month!!!

    EXECUTION
There's some good potential for consulting / marketing online services for brick & mortar businesses and then outsourcing the end result through Elance / Fiverr / Guru. Physical Product Process - Child Safety

I have an idea for a product that would alert parents when a child has been left in a car seat. My idea is fairly simple as far as execution but I'm curious about what steps you would take in the process of creating a prototype, getting funding etc. I've never been involved in physical product...

    Green smoothies

    HOT!
It happens when you freeze leafy vegetables. Even if you didn't thaw it your drink could possibly have a really unappealing slime quality to it straight from frozen to blender. I could be wrong...just my own observation as a person that cooks food ;)

The "Shift" From Consumer To Producer

    MINDSET
I'll chime in here as a Mom and I think this is when the conversion happened for me. I started realizing as I was perusing all of the DIY / Craft sites that they were goldmines for commercialization. Life hacks right now are a great way to sense where people are going in terms of necessity...

    Anyone Flipped a Luxury Home?

    REAL ESTATE
During the first part of the economic / mortgage downturn we did a lot of foreclosures, outsourcing the loss mitigation to a third party and managing the rest of the transaction in house but we never held properties. Most importantly we always prepared our clients upfront with how we were...

    Green smoothies

    HOT!
The market is definitely already there. A lot of people are already making green smoothies not only by personal choice (organic, healthy) but as an option for weight loss or by prescription / Dr advice (unhealthy, unmotivated) so there's another demographic with the potential to be captured...
