What business would you launch, If you got laid off due to C0VlD-19?
HOT! SIDE HUSTLEThe wife of a friend of mine was laid off from her H.R. position at Monsanto in the late 80's. She set herself up as sort of a corporate hitman for hire. She would evaluate a site or whole corporation and help them figure out who to lay off while maintaining continuity and maximizing savings...- reedracer

Senate Democrats propose canceling $10,000 in student debt for all borrowers amid coronavirus
OFF-TOPICI don't believe the folks with $10k school debt are in trouble. Depending on income I think the issues come in to people with $30k and up in debt. And yes people signed the note, but the rules around these loans and the way they work border on indentured servitude where the passage is a college...- reedracer

What business would you launch, If you got laid off due to C0VlD-19?
HOT! SIDE HUSTLEI'd keep up my side gigs with Door Dash and Field Nation. One on there is full time at twice my current pay for 3-6 months. I'm still hatching on ideas to get started but it feels like I'm stepping on thin ice whenever I try. Winter funk starting to recede, so I'll be able to resume action...- reedracer

MINDSETI also see this pandemic as a new reality. We need ways to have interaction without too much risk. Meeting rooms with cones of silence? Clothes and accessories resistant to spreading diseases, etc.- reedracer

HOT!Quickest easiest way to do that is sign up with a service and go full on where the money comes from the service rather than the customer. Varies by region, but DoorDash is most common around here. I'd go DoorDash first... Grow Your Business With DoorDash Then Grubhub, ubereats, postmates...- reedracer

HOT!This is a Costco. We went to ours yesterday to get a prescription and they have set up a flow. You go in where the carts/buggies are normally stacked. The main ingress doors are all blocked by pallets and carts. On the way in signs and employees remind you about social distancing, products that...- reedracer

Any BJJ folks on here?
HEALTHI heard the above from an interview of an ex-pro footballer who owns an interest in a CBD place. I want to try it, too. Another anecdotal thing I heard was when a friend about my age and a tri-athlete used CBD once and his feet quit bugging him on long runs. I just gotta buy to try it and...- reedracer

Need help with new project
Find another of these machines in use nearby and check it out. I occasionally get calls to work on a few kiosks, but I've not heard of something like this unless it is a buggy rental.- reedracer

HOT! MINDSETI started Noom a week ago. So far I like it, but still in the trial. Nothing is excluded per ses, but you have assignments, a calorie cap, and 3 classes of foods, Red, Green, Yellow.
