Does working Nightshift mess up your health?
OFF-TOPICI'm actually working days during the week with a lot of overnights on the weekend for the same job. Sundays and Mondays are a bit of a fog, but the rest of the week is fairly normal. It has exacerbated my S.A.D. quite a bit and it is a struggle to get moving for fitness, but I do have a job and...- reedracer

Personal challenge - no porn, no coffee, more discipline!
HOT! MINDSETI feel it is conquered for me. It feels more conquered each day - much like quitting smoking did. I'm careful to not consume any media that might trigger me, but I realize it cannot be completely avoided. Most dangerous times are when I'm disappointed or tired. Those times I really have to be...- reedracer

To Those Panicked/Discouraged by the PANDEMIC (or New to FLF)
HOT! EXECUTIONNo polygamy. focusing on one thing at a time in my line and helping with my wife's efforts - okay, I grant you bigamy :) The course is from a kid I did a challenge or two with a few years back and he seems to have disappeared. The effort came from having to adapt to apps in the store that had...- reedracer

IS COVID 19 THE TIME TO FORGE AHEAD?
HOT!As for money, C0VlD-19 won't kill all of us cash heavy boomers! I've resurrected one of the businesses I started working on in the Spring and fail to launch by Fall. I have several of these and I hit on the pattern finally this year. Winter Blues apparently roast my keister. Another thought I...- reedracer

HOT! CHATI might, but I probably need a manssierre. I buy shirts that fit even though I don't plan to stay this weight long. I did go down 100 lbs in 2016. Broke my hand and foot and gained 80 back. Go for it. As long as we aren't seeing the plumber's vertical smile, I am cool with it- reedracer
