What do you think of my idea? Any golfers here?

    IDEA
Some thoughts.... You could definitely make it better, but remember to keep it like a rope so the golfer can see if it is spinning straight or tilted in one direction or the other. You are going to have breakage and returns on anything you hit with a golf club over and over. Build that into...

Thanks, Dennis! Yes that was me in 2016. I injured myself late 2017, got fat again in 2018, now I'm back to my healthy ways. I should be back to my 2016 self by year end. I found I like adventurous endeavors like Spartan races! I agree, we are not too distant in mindset. My current mantra is...

Doing the Andy Frisella "75 Hard" Challenge

    HOT! MINDSET
Something happens at 40 minutes of cardio. I think you switch to secondary fuel sources, but I can''t find a reference. Here's an article from a hero of mine suggesting doing it every day, though... http://www.weightlossforall.com/fat-loss-tricks.htm

Doing the Andy Frisella "75 Hard" Challenge

    HOT! MINDSET
I'm in. I too have been a Keto Carnivore for the last few weeks. Had my first sugar since April tonight but it was planned. I've been low on water for some time and need to get back on it. How are you tracking the variables? Sounds fun :)

How to convince my slowlane parents to accept my fastlane ideas?!

    IDEA SLOWLANE
It's kind of like the maxim from the book, "If you have to think about it you can't afford it." If you need your parents money or permission are you really Fastlane? Make money the best way you know how then do it again. If it comes to "my way or the highway." You either have enough to go on...

Guy Jumps at Amazon's Delivery Business Offer - 8 Months in, 112 Employees and 50 Trucks

My fear he's over-leveraged and owes Amazon for the trucks, etc. more than the company is worth.

~Hello, Where have you been all my life?

    INTRO
Welcome @Daniela101 ! I've only been here a week and working through these Gold threads is time consuming but oh so worth it! Pull up a chair and dig in because the table is set. Also, I second using the Google custom search as the results seem much more relevant.

Starting (and Fastlaning) a lawn care service business

    GOLD! HOT!
Btw, I thought of a marketing ploy. Offer clients and their neighbors 5% off for each contiguous neighbor. That way you can do say ten lawns at once. The 5% is off each new price so for $50 full fee it would go 0 neighbors $50 1 $47.50 2 $45.13 3 $42.87 4 $40.83 ... 10 $31.51 ea. Basically...
