Microsoft Hates Us: Have You Moved To Linux? How Is It Over There?

    HOT! OFF-TOPIC
Been using Linux mint for years, and loving it. I recently switched to kubuntu though. Linux mint gave me some problems with my bluetooth adapter, even with the help of AI . And the mint desktop environments honestly feels outdated, even with some personalization. Switched to kubuntu and...

I'm lost and I don't know what to do anymore after 5 years.

    HOT! MINDSET
I don't want to come off as rude. But think about this : If you haven't had business success yet, how can you come up with "theories" about it ? It's like saying "how to win a soccer championship" without having a win under your belt. I understand you are giving it all. I also don't have...

I already use a template, but it's not very well documented, so I often had to do my own solutions for things. Will try it out. Thanks !

How My 19-Year-Old Son Built an $8K Web Design Business in 60 Days

    GOLD! WEB DESIGN
How is handling the mobile version of the site? Smoother ? I'm using an HTML template which starts faster than wordpress, but when it comes to some niche customization, and having mobile variants of layouts, it starts becoming a nightmare and losing me sooo much time

Both websites finished, now asking for referrals. In the meantime I have to slim down the process. Using an html template eats so much time, every thing you add that's outside the template risks being a layout nightmare. And don't let me get started on the mobile part. Before searching for...

Yeah, I second wanting to be in the car as less as possible... I have to use it for everything and it starts to become a burden. My commute to the gym is 10 minutes, 15 with traffic and the same back. It starts to really take a toll

A complete home gym costs a lot yes. But you can buy a few machines and gear that give you an almost complete experience Pullups bar and dips bar are the cheapest like 30 dollars each 2 dumbbels with adjustable weight could be 200 dollars And a bench 100. If you don't compete but lift as an...

View: https://youtu.be/_js2Denjvow I'm really feeling this lately. Getting tired of constantly paying only to OWE things. Years of gym membership could have bought me a pretty much complete set of gear. Instead every year I continued to pay. Spotify constantly raising prices, and I had some ads...

He probably didn't even try to contact the companies directly after sending in the resume. When people make this posts all I see is victim mentality. I changed a lot of jobs but never had to (really) try for more than a few months to find them Also I don't understand why people don't just...

Yeah I've got some work now from DMs so I'll ride that wave. I will then ask for referrals and see how it goes, but I will probably pivot into websites + ad service because I see the need there

I currently have the same experience with facebook ads. Didn't put much money into it but 50 euros gave me zero absolute results. Wonder if it's a thing of area + field, where people in my area tend to work with freelancers by networking only. In fact I got some clients from networking and...

The facebook campaign was getting zero results... Tried to brainstorm it a bit with chatgpt and it had some suggestions. So I created a new one at 10€/day and a defined audience to see what comes out . I'm focusing on doing only the necessary action and not getting caught up in useless stuff...
