EXECUTIONAll you need to know are your numbers. You don't have to be an expert at knowing about realestate. Trust me. If you can go to Lowes or Home Depot and figure out what a vanity, flooring, lighting and paint cost per sf, you can learn to estimate what it cost to fix up a bathroom. Or use $10 per sf...- Yussef
