    Mobile Apps... Is this true?

    Yes, for iOS all you have to do is sign up as a developer with apple. I believe this costs $99 and they'll send you their tool kit. Once you're registered you have to submit the app to the App Store, and I'm assuming the process is fairly similar for android.
