    There are many apps like that. For example, RetailMeNot is a pretty big one that I sometimes use. I'm not sure how else you can innovate and provide value in that field. It's pretty much all the same: Go shopping --> get alerts of nearby deals --> pick best deals.

    I'm assuming because it offers legal protection. The LLC is a separate entity and in the case someone decides to sue you, they have a harder time going after your personal assets. Hence, Limited Liability Company.
