    Fixed price. You will get overcharged on hourly I outsource web projects about the same size as your doing right now and I pay $125 each project for a person with great service and great work

    My opinion: Outsource what you don't know. If you can't learn it in a couple days, outsource it. Post on a bunch of freelancer sites and talk to each developer beforehand, take a good look at their reviews, and test them before hiring.
