    Wake up at 10 to 8, "only 10 hours to go", count down the hours all day, home, shower, dinner, bed, repeat. There was a good scene in the sopranos that showed it really well, i'll dig for it.

    Got a text from the wife today saying I had something from the states she had to sign for, spent the rest of the day like a kid waiting for Christmas. It's even better than I expected. Thank you MJ. It's going to be cherished almost as much as the message the book stands for.

    Is it possible to gain weight / mass with just US$50 per month?

    HEALTH 
    I do strength training 3-6 days a week (sometimes mix in some bodybuilding stuff) and just eat what I need. I don't bother with powders or any of that noise and have gained 12kg the past year. It's not a lot sure, but my strength has shot way up and to me that's more useful than "big."
