    That's awesome! Some people are just monsters. Nothing can stop them. One of the other coaches had trained at Buakaw's camp in Thailand. Said it was the most brutal thing he ever did. When they go for runs, it's all on the balls of their feet to strengthen up their calves.

    If your therapist doesn’t know that everyday you think about killing yourself, you best tell him. Losing someone close to you to suicide is one of the worst experiences there is. Don’t put anyone through that. You need to get your mind in order before you can break free.
