    No shit! I actually remember now getting something close to that with PMCU some years back when they had a promotion. Navy Fed and PMCU both have always had some good deals but 5% is absurd with a ZIRP. Too bad the max is $5k(that sounds familiar from PMCU too).

    I think it'd have more to do with the health and lifestyle of impoverished parents than their genes. I don't imagine they're exercising or eating very well, and those are the two biggest factors in fetal development. And they likely don't have as great of an environment to develop in afterwards...
