    I would focus on getting your book finished and on Amazon. That will give you a lot of organic traffic. Also, There are a lot of wordpress themes out there for sales pages. I'd look at those and work with them, you will save SO MUCH time over learning programming.

    I agree that land will be a great play when inflation hits. But, I will add, these funds have such huge buying power that they could literally pick up huge portfolios of these foreclosed houses for 25-50% FMV, which is damn near the value of the land itself.

    I still see SFR as the play right now. The only reason they are buying land (assumption) is that they dont have the infrastructure to manage any tenants or buildings. They'll dump cash into the land to buy it and then cut two checks a year for taxes.
