    Maybe the problem I could solve would be not how to find the house but rather how to buy the house. Maybe I could assist people to know more about neighborhoods, schools, and communities. I have never seen that in Zillow or other real estate websites.

    I think being part of the real estate business as a service provider sounds makes much more sense. You invest your time, energy, and expertise to make a deal happen and for whatever reason, the deal doesn't close, all your losses are your time.
