First of all its such a small sum it would never get picked up on but more importantly the majority of what you paid was VAT, this isn't "taxable" revenue, it's direct sales tax. Patent application exists detailing my invention
A patent applied for but abandoned means you cant apply for a patent on the idea but you can sell the product.
