INTROThanks! We are off to an exciting start for sure. Our "minimum" required ROR used to be 11-12%... now we've upped as we've seen we can get more here. But it's a MUCH different story in KY than it is in CO. Properties are cheaper, and the market isn't as crazy... it's easier to find deals. On...- Rachel888
