HOT! CHATBRRR & rentals are popular because they are easier. Most people cant find good enough deals to make a decent income flipping. New construction is a whole different animal. You have to be able to compete with outfits that put up 100s of houses a year.- ljean

HOT!I stopped drinking caffeine to try to sleep better. It works as far as I can tell. I also dont get the brain fog I used to. Coffee was my only source so a switch to decaf was all that was needed.- ljean
