Would it possibly make more sense to keep ownership of the first park and find a seller carry for the 2nd park and then steam roll the income from both parks to get it paid off and then own 2 parks free and clear? Where do you advertise your rentals?
REAL ESTATEI'm not currently in real estate, but I had this idea on how I would advertise when I get into it. A "talking house". A person pulls up to the house, tunes into some AM station and hears all about the rental. I think this could possibly weed out a lot of lookie loo's and time wasters...- Excalibur
