    I am trying to learn how to meditate as it helps you go within and to not be distracted by the world outside which is useful right now. It's hard though to begin with but like anything with practice it gets easier. Check out Mooji Meditation on Youtube to get you started!

    It's still really scary here in the UK. We don't have the correct figures as they do not include people who have died in care homes etc so how can we tell.
