    I do appreciate the offer. I am currently in the starting stage of a new venture and cannot spend a day away. I did however state that I will gladly come by next year and have added it to my calender for next year.

    Then, I feel I can contribute, as opposed to now, where I do not have the backing/proof of what I can do.
