    One thing to ask yourself as you post ..... are you being BUSY or are you being EFFECTIVE? Tasks will take the time you give them. Give them less time. The big, difficult things that require focus and large blocks of focused time often lead to bigger results. Do the big things. Hire out the rest.

    Setup a weekly call with a few of them. Call it for accountability / brainstorming. Just talk. Make it a weekly non negotiable and help each other achieve goals.
