    minimum viable product. You honestly don't even need to have one. You can get a 3D rendering of the product made. Before you even spend money on that I would join a facebook group for mothers of young children, and ask what they think of your innovation.

    If your product is much better than X you shouldn't have a problem with becoming as big as them. You need to make a MVP and landing page. Then drive some traffic to that page and look at the conversion rates.
