    I second this. Usually they will talk about: 1. Situational awareness 2. De-escalation I learned some self defense skills, joined competitive combat sports, and still learning. But as I get older I realized the above 2 points are really the top priority in 'street' setting.

    Sunrise overlooking South China Sea. Relatively easy paced 3 hour hike on Mount Arong, here in Malaysia. I have been reluctant to go here as it was almost 3 hour long drive and easy hike, and I am not really into easy hike. However my wife was persistent. Lol.

    When you put it that way, it all makes sense. I was a chronic user of Facebook. Where everybody have 'opinions'. Ditched it 8 years ago. If there are any important news, I will know it eventually from my wife, family or close friends. I take pride for not knowing 'viral' issues/topics. :happy:

    I purposely avoid doing grocery when there are many people. And so many other things. I think people with flexible job should avoid peak hours to do anything. Or maybe I just like to avoid people in general :happy:

    I went to comment section on on his other videos, and someone commented he used Figma. But after some Googling, it turns out to be excalidraw.com. I am interested to see how you use it. I am gonna give it a try too. Hope this helps Andy.

I have always categorize goals similar to yours (Financial, Assets, Adventure, Fitness) but not quite in details like yours, with daily tracking. And not doing brain dumping systematically resulting 'notes lost in the abyss'. I will read this...

    Congrats! Proud daddy moment right there. My two girls have been asking several times for when I'm going to bring them to classes. But the class here starts at their bed time lol. Maybe in 2 or 3 years when they need lesser sleep.
