    As I mentioned, the main reason for wanting a partner is because you are lacking something. Fix what you lack and you won't need a partner. Being in control doesn't mean you need to be an arsehole.

    The good thing with the proliferation of the internet is that there are so many online resources, a lot of the "code" that you need you don't even need to write. Copy & Paste is a coders best friend :)
