EXECUTIONI'm not sure how well cold calling owners will work, but I can say for sure that publishing a book is a good idea. You might try to put some kind of spin on the book, like "how to build a better pizza" or something. I can tell you that you'd definitely have to focus on smaller pizza restaurants...- wwstewart
