Hello Andy, I've read all three MJ's books. I was immediately hooked when reading the first one. I was thinking about having the books translated in Czech language and sell them in Czech + Slovakia (15 mil people in total). Do you have some numbers, how much it costs to sell MJ's books please...
Option A) looks like that you don't have to be financially strong as with option B). Looks to me it is all about your situation and skills. There is no best answer.
I'm constantly trying to solve similar question.
It is important to get experience before starting business. Without exp. it might be very long learning process and you will pay for it. By working for some one else you get exp. and also get paid.
I didn't start my business until I was 26 yr. Business was based on 7 years of experience. I...
Finding an idea (product or service) does not have to be so painful.
I never started anything new at all. My “discovery” was always around something I had deeper knowledge about and added some other component. Basicaly mixing tohether two or thee services together.
1. Example: real estate...
Yeah, it is something I am considering. I had some sponsors from real estate business to record videos with me on my channel but these videos were time consuming to produce so I stopped doing them. I did all the editing. If I had someone else to record them, it would not be worth it.

However, I like the idea that it is live and then the content is repurposed.
Thank you for your answer Andy. Very appreciated.
I live mainly from my property portfolio. This is why I started a property podcast in Czech. It appeared to be the biggest podcast in the country with this topic.
After 3 years of free content, I realised I don't feel comfortable giving it all out without getting anything back.
This is why I...
I totally understand. It will always be like this for us, who come from smaller countries. The only way is to go for magnitude. Or to go for bigger audience (Spanish speaking countries or global in English).
When I had a business in the UK, I was serving Czech citizens who wanted to relocate...
Spot on. Great insights.
Someone on the top is able to make a living here in Czech. That's it. Property investing is really niche topic so it is very difficult to make a business out of it.
I have to add that I'm probably the biggest name online for property investing in Czech. It is not...
Great advise
Yes, that is exactly my dilemma. Is it better for all 10 mil to know about my podcast and products or try to speak to Global audience and probably never get 10 mil listeners.
I understand that Global looks more sexy but it is very competitive.
