INTROWe do bigger projects and sub work out. Regularly do big remodel jobs. More so just the business side of things is a mess. We do well building, just he's resistant to making it a more business business instead of flying by the seat of his pants.- TyBogey

INTROYeah that does seem to be the issue. Think he's scared of leaving his comfort zone. I have talked to him about it and when we're talking he is okay with it in general but when I try to take action he resists competent. Should work on him leaving his comfort zone in baby steps instead of leaps...- TyBogey
