    I paid a lot of money for a seminar he gave in Perth around 1998, he pushed another one by John Burley, was he also dodgy? Can I get my money back lol. Chatted with RK as we stood together at the urinal during a break, he was charismatic. What a lying jerk he was.

    To live in South Perth you need $2,000,000 australian dollars for this place. under one million gets you an apartment only in South Perth, I live here in a paid off small unit and feel lucky to be here. Beautiful area but so pricey.

    I'm presently only using Perplexity to run ideas through it, for strategy and further advise on the ideas. It is sufficient for my needs. Nice comment earlier about selling shovels seems very applicable in this new world.
