    You can even do a lease option. Collect the option fee up front (say $4 or $5k). That'll go towards the purchase price later on but at least it'll give you some cash to straighten things out. Or hell, collect some form of down payment up front eiter way. That's what the dealershps do.

    if you can't sell it for what you owe, can you lease it for what your monthly payment is? At least that'll help relieve the burden of the monthly payment and free up some cash.
