"Always say yes" is the opposite of focus (say no to all things except what you focus on) as most would say ;-) But I see the point: If you don't know something, let the customer pay you for learning it for him. EXECUTIONI definitely go for a marathon. Meaning you have to take breaks, and find a dayly routine that could support working the rest of your life. Meaning you need time off.
