I had a contract job for a company last year for about $10,000. I cut ties with this company because the owner was a scumbag. I would prefer not to contact them or deal with them. He doesn't have my social security number or address so I doubt that I will get a 1099 form. Can I still go ahead...- Showtime

Newbie trying to get a start
REAL ESTATEWell I don't know that's why I'm asking. If I bought a crappy (meaning tiny without any sun light) studio without a doubt I can rent it out quick and often at a very competitive price, but if I want to sell it down the road will it be hard for me to find a buyer.- Showtime
