Shorty McFly

I am an entrepreneur with a strong passion for building meaningful and sustainable projects. As a professional dog trainer, I specialize in scent detection work, canine fitness, and structured team development. At the same time, I currently serve as a regional CEO in the social sector — a demanding role that is still my main job and where leadership, strategy, and people development are at the core of my work. I am deeply committed to personal growth, productivity, and living with clarity, balance, and purpose. My vision is to empower both people and dogs to unlock their full potential.
