    Agreed. The whole "AI automation agency" is the new SMMA, everyone and their mother is jumping on ship. There is a real need for it and many will agencies will be born and die, a few outlasting, productizing, and consolidating. Go on /r/n8n and you will see it in full swing. Selling shovels, anyone?

    Check out CyberLeads they run a similar business model for agencies/startups. Lead gen is a proven business model. You're just using a subscription model versus PPL. You don't need to really analyze this too much. Just find some businesses and try to sell them qualified leads.

    PostgreSQL by far for bigger applications. Super robust and all the features you'll ever need. But to get things up and running quickly, I highly recommend SQLite. SQLite is perfect for creating MVPs and iterating quickly. Don't overcomplicate it when starting out.

    Domain should be ~$10 USD per year. You can get much cheaper web hosting by renting a VPS for $5/month. This would require some knowledge about managing a VPS, running Apache, installing Wordpress, etc. but there's plenty of guides on DigitalOcean and it's worth learning this in the long run...
