    MINDSET 
    Force yourself to do it until it becomes a habit. No matter how you feel. Once to start and keep going you gain momentum and then it becomes difficult to do whatever bad habits you have. I'm overweight myself, but I lost 40 pounds in two months by fasting and eating one meal a day on feeding days.

    Yeah, just mostly bought a couple thousand worth to just forget about it. I don’t really trade larger caps. It’s been crazy just did a couple x’s worth of gains with shitcoins that bounced as Bitcoin ranges here.

    Hmm not much really, most of it is trash. Some new fads here and there. Gaming has been booming. I love trading trading those shitcoins. Only thing I would hold long term is Bitcoin, maybe.
