    My view is that as an entrepreneur going forward, you can't do everything...I own a web business and I'm not the best at technology related stuff so I just hire the right people to do it and focus on the more strategic parts of the business...MJ's book is great..however one has got to keep...

    Reading built to sell...so far so good....talks about how a business should be able to exist without u if u wanna sell it...if it's too dependent on u, you're in for a lengthy earn out...which means you swap your position as a business owner to basically a job as an employee of another company...
