Local lead gen with our directory domain

    EXECUTION
I built something similar for a client a few months ago but for plumbing enquiries. His idea is that initially he's servicing the leads but then to roll out across the UK. Here's what i made for him. https://thefixflow.co.uk/

    Helping Car Detailers Make Profit

    GOLD! EXECUTION
Some crushing it, others aren't. All depends on the area and their pricing. I'm moving away from running ads for clients (just continuing for current clients). I've built my own AI employee system that I'm selling instead now.

MTF's Rebirth: Building a New Fastlane Vehicle

    EXECUTION
When i did a carpet cleaning version of this I spent one weekend contacting cleaning companies and asking them would they be interested in me sending them booked jobs. In your case its leads. Then i went and turned the ads on in their area. I signed up 10-12 carpet cleaners in one day. Might be...

MTF's Rebirth: Building a New Fastlane Vehicle

    EXECUTION
Same here, i've been doing facebook ads for carpet cleaners since Covid. Lead costs now are a lot higher, clients moaning about competition and it's not a sustainable business model anymore, especially when only working with one cleaning company in each area. I'm all in on my new AI employee...

MTF's Rebirth: Building a New Fastlane Vehicle

    EXECUTION
To be honest I've always kept my ads prices low. For Facebook ads i've only ever charged £99-£149 a month. But I've had customers since 2020 that I've not even spoke to they just keep paying. Do get some that are moaning if they don't get a lead every day though. I've actually moved the other...

MTF's Rebirth: Building a New Fastlane Vehicle

    EXECUTION
Knowing what I know, i'd do the exact opposite. But having been in the ads game for 7 years i'm not a fan of it anyway. Soon as the ads quiet people moan. I get you can charge more for google ads than other work but personally i'd rather have 300 customers paying me $99 a month that i very...

Has Moving to a Warm and Sunny Climate Made You Happier?

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
It's more a case of circumstances. Kids are 16 and 18 later this year. Wife has a highly paid corporate job and has to go into the office 2-3x per week. The aim always has been to earn more money and at some point my wife wouldn't have to work and we could travel as and when we wanted...

It’s not as easy as that for me. Trying to ignore the mood changes doesn’t fool my brain unfortunately.

MTF's Rebirth: Building a New Fastlane Vehicle

    EXECUTION
Another model I had success with until it was abused was this. Not sure if its something you could look into @MTF I basically setup a Facebook brand called Cleaner Carpets HQ, i then contacted carpet cleaners in each area of UK and also can be done in USA. And offered them jobs where they'd...
