I have the typical, normal life that most people aspire to - mediocrity. I've tried different businesses. I have turned hobbies into businesses. I've tried to leverage my financial background as an obvious means of financial wealth and success.
My next step after all the collapses of my business ideas, was to pursue further education. 2 courses into my degree, I started to feel so incredibly disillusioned. Did I really have to work a full-time job, and raise a child as a single mom, and pursue more schooling for up to 5-7 years? All for what? To drown in education debt for years but eventually make a little more money every year?
I stumbled upon a business model, that made sense and clicked with me. Through that connection I heard about the Millionaire Fastlane. My way of thinking and philosophies on financial independence and freedom have completely changed! Now I am learning a business model that I intend to use to get myself out of the Slowlane. I'm not afraid of hard work. I'd rather work hard now for a Fastlane idea, and enjoy more free time with my daughter and to travel, then to increase my intrinsic value through education and still work like a dog 40 hours a week until retirement.
