    INVESTING
Technically speaking it works out that i am tax free based on deductions as i am not in the highest tax bracket although the dividends is still regarded as taxable income for residents. They are 100% franked. Yes, non-residents will need to pay tax.

Trying to Get at Least 5% Returns...

    INVESTING
There isn't much money to made passively investing in the sharemarket unfortunately. I much prefer to pay down a mortgage first, reduce investment properties to 50% LVR and have enough leftover to enjoy lifes little luxuries and then use the remainder to invest in the sharemarket. I quite often...

Trying to Get at Least 5% Returns...

    INVESTING
This is what i did the past 2 years to achieve 6%-7% cashflow tax free. Open a money market account and research companies with a 20 yr history of paying consistent dividends and with a fairly low P/E. You can easily filter companies for P/E, share price, capitilalisation etc in your money...

    NOTABLE!
Here in Australia marriage is not required for a partner to take half the assets of the other partner if it can be proven that they lived together as a couple and were in a relationship for 2 years. If the defacto relationship has lasted less than 2 years and there was childen involved or the...

    MINDSET
I had considered a Boost Juice franchise 10 years ago although ruled it out after a firefighter from California (customer of mine) said they won't be around for long as there's more sugar in some of those smoothies apparently than a bottle of coke. Well they still are around but he had a good...

Aspiring Entrepreneur Ready To Go Fast Lane

    INTRO
Hi Chris, I find that i get many more business ideas when i read autobiographies as i can to see first hand how Entrepreneurs think. Once you work out that they often struggle with finding a business niche it makes you feel that they didn't get wealthy without a lot of trial and error. As you...

The Uberpreneur: How An Uber Driver Makes $252,000 A Year

    EXECUTION
I like the concept of Uber but personally i wouldn't like a taxi to carry any type of bling or merchandise. Just too distracting in my opinion. What we do need here in Australia though is MOBILE vans that sell food, merchandise etc just like the good ol days of Mr Whippy : )
