    Yes. I was learning AI so that I would find a specific use for it in my field. I realise it's too broad and non specific. I need to narrow it down to a specific application or a product, only then my learning will be focused to solve problems for that particular product.

    I should be working backwards, like reverse engineering. Have a goal in mind and do and learn all things necessary to achieve/complete it. This will give purpose and motivation to keep going on a particular task.

    Thank you Martin for your suggestion. My new approach will be 1. Focus on outcome 2. Mark my progress on a paper/board 3. Have a timeline (1/5/10 approach) 4. Accountability partner. Will follow this and share my progress here.
