    Read this over christmas day, was good motivation and some great tips. MJ's still trumps it though, I view MJ's book as a "Complete" overview. Whereas these books serve for motivation and contain glimpses of the fastlane, e.g he says be a creator, or in MJ's words; "Be a producer, not a consumer"

    I've got a bad feeling about not taking the credit card details. Can't you run a small test - another boost, where you ask for the CC and see the conversion rate? should give you a real idea of how much you will convert.
