Hello! I'm 47, an ex-athlete, and 7 years ago began a now successful fitness community. For the past 2 years, I have been focusing on junior athletes and now coach over 100 young people. What began as an elite athlete program has morphed into general fitness and mindset coaching for all young people. There is a real need to educate young people about life purpose and working hard (using exercise as the medium). I have started doing motivational speaking at schools as I can't physically fit any more young people into my work week, so it's time to find a better way to reach as many young people as possible. I'm here for ideas, inspiration, and accountability. If you'll have me
